Purchase Policies

I. Refinished furniture products will be sold based on “first come first serve” basis.

I understand that people get busy and it may take some coordination to ensure the proper vehicle for pickup. In that case, a $50 PayPal deposit will hold your item until arrangements can be made.

​

II. Even if you say you would like to purchase a piece of furniture, it will not be considered “pending” until your deposit is received.

​

III. All items must be picked up within a week of deposit.

​

IV. If you arrive and see your piece and you are not satisfied with it you are not obligated to purchase it. However, once removed from our possession all furniture sales are final.

​

V. You will sign a Bill of Sale and will receive a copy of the document for your records.

​

VI. In some instances I may be able to offer delivery of an item within 10 miles of Berkley, MI for a fee. This would require a $50 deposit prior to delivery fee.
